Coaching for players of all skill levels and abilities as well as current and up and coming professionals. I am knowledgeable in biomechanics and arthrokinematics and how the body reacts to certain stressors as they apply to basketball training. My approach improves player skills while reducing risk of injuries.
Over a decade of experience playing for and against some of the top coaching talent in Europe has also opened my eyes to many alternate views and styles on how to play and teach this game I love. As my career finds its conclusion, coaching and player development is my next step forward. My family and I have been dedicated enough to make basketball my profession, and I’m now motivated to pass on my knowledge of the game to the next generation.
Every player can benefit by understanding the psychological factors that affect their performance. Learning how to mentally prepare for competition goes hand in hand with the physical. Focus, concentration and mental toughness are important keys to player development.
